Please read carefully before placing a deposit.

Deposit & Reservation

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rabbit price is required to reserve your rabbit. This deposit is applied toward the final balance, which is due on pickup day.

  • Deposits are not transferable between rabbits. If you decide to reserve a different rabbit, a new deposit will be required.

  • Until a deposit is received, rabbits remain available to others.

  • Deposits are accepted via Venmo, Cashapp & PayPal. Final payment can be made via cash, Venmo, or PayPal at pickup. Please confirm payment method before your scheduled date.

  • If the reserved rabbit becomes ill or passes away while in our care, your deposit will be fully refunded or can be transferred to another available rabbit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale if we feel the buyer is not adequately prepared for rabbit care. In this case, your deposit will be refunded. However, if the buyer backs out, the deposit is forfeited.

  • If you'd like to be notified of future litters or specific colors, you may request to join our waitlist. This does not require a deposit and does not guarantee pick order.

Pickup Policy

  • Rabbits are picked up in Olympia, Washington.

  • We are a closed rabbitry, which means the public is not allowed inside our rabbit housing for biosecurity and family safety.

  • Rabbits go home at 8 weeks of age or older. If we feel a rabbit needs more time with mom, we reserve the right to hold until they are fully weaned and ready.

  • Pickups are arranged in advance. If you cannot pick up on the scheduled date, we will hold the rabbit for up to 7 days at no charge if notified ahead of time. After that, a $10/day boarding fee will apply.

  • If a buyer fails to show up or communicate, the rabbit will be relisted and deposit forfeited after 7 days.

What Your Rabbit Comes With

  • A birth certificate

  • A small bag of transitional feed and Timothy hay

  • Nails trimmed

  • A pedigree, if applicable (please confirm before reserving — not all rabbits are sold with one)

  • Support and guidance for rabbit care — just ask!

Bringing Bunny Home

  • Please bring a secure animal carrier lined with hay, so your bunny doesn’t slip and has something to snack on for the ride home.

  • We can provide a basic care guide apon request for new bunny owners.

Health & Returns

  • To the best of our knowledge, all rabbits are healthy at the time of pickup. Once the rabbit leaves our care, we are not liable for any illness, injury, genetic conditions, or accidents.

  • We have a lot of experience sexing rabbits and do our best to be accurate, but due to how tricky it can be with young kits, we cannot guarantee gender. We appreciate your understanding, as even seasoned breeders can occasionally make mistakes.

  • If for any reason you are no longer able to care for your rabbit, you may reach out to us — we’re happy to help find a solution when possible. While we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to take every rabbit back, we will do our best to assist in rehoming or advising next steps. Please note that no refunds will be given, and you are responsible for safely transporting the rabbit if a return is agreed upon.

  • At pickup, you may be asked to sign a short acknowledgment form confirming the rabbit appeared healthy and alert upon transfer.

Transport & Shipping

  • We do not currently offer direct shipping, but we are open to working with third-party ground transport services.

  • Please contact us to discuss transport options before placing a deposit.
