Deposit & Reservation

​

- To reserve a rabbit, a $50 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure the rabbit, the remaining balance of the rabbit will be due in full on pick up day.

Deposits cannot be transferred or swapped to different rabbit. If customer would prefer to reserve a different rabbit, a new deposit must be placed. If you have not placed deposit on rabbit, the rabbit it still available for anyone else to do so. Deposits are made via Venmo/ PayPal.

- All rabbits stay with us until 8 weeks of age, If we feel that the rabbit needs more time with mom, we reserve the right to hold untill 13 weeks of age.

The rabbit will be picked up on Scheduled date, if not notified within 24 hours of pick up date change, the rabbit will be placed back up for adoption. We will hold the rabbit up to a week of original pick up day if properly notified, after it will be a $15 a day to board tell pick up day.

-If we feel as though the buyer is not properly prepared to care for a rabbit we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sales. If this happens, deposit will be returned. If a buyer backs out, we are not required to return or refund the deposit. If the rabbit you have reserved becomes ill or dies while in our possession we will return the deposit.

- To the best of our knowledge, our rabbits are healthy at the time of sale. We make no health guarantees. After your rabbit/rabbits leave our care we are not held liable for any physical harm, illness, accidents, or genetic issues of any kind. Please understand that these are live animals and there is always a risk when adopting live animals even when both parents are healthy with no known genetic issues to date. We are very experienced in being able to tell genders but we will not guarantee gender.

-We love and value all of our rabbit's and if for any reason you can no longer care for your bunny, we will gladly take them back without a refund. You will be responsible to delivering them back to us.

 

Pick up

 

- The rabbit will be picked up in Olympia, Washington

​

-We are a closed rabbitry, meaning that we do not allow the public into our rabbitry for bio security and for the safety of our family and rabbits.  

​

-Your rabbit will come with a small Baggy of transitional feed and Timothy hay.

Bring an animal carrier for the rabbits ride home, place some hay in the bottom of there carrier so they do not slip and have something to snack on there way home.

-Nails will be trimmed

-Pedigree will be provided for rabbits that it applies to, *Note* Not all rabbits will come with pedigree please contact us before putting a rabbit on hold if this is important to you.

-All Rabbits will come with a birth certificate.

​

*We feed Payback Rabbit pellets 16% and Timothy hay, You can purchase the feed at our local feed store: Eastside Urban Farm And Garden Center. we feed Timothy hay, you can purchase it here.
